DATA-DRIVEN RECRUITMENT IN IT
For our IT client, we have designed and executed a data-driven recruitment strategy. The project includes using data to update recruitment procedures, evaluate candidate journey/experience from initial tochpoints to onboarding, defining and tracking recruitment KPIs and metrics over time, evaluating and monitoring employer brand through internal and external research, optimizing sourcing channels and setting up effective referral systems. Not a project for the faint-hearted, but the end result is a state-of-the-art recruitment system!
EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
For our client in the automotive manufacturing industry, we have conducted a comprehensive employee motivation assessment - including individual and group in-depth interviews with employees, managers and company leadership, factory floor workflow observations, and our Employee Satisfaction & Engagement survey. The analysis of all the data gave us clear and actionable insights on what are the main issues, why they are critical for employee motivation and productivity and how the leadership team can begin implementing the desired changes. After a detailed action plan, we are following up with the company in 6 months to assess the further impact of recommended measures!
